About Our Staff

The staff at Midwest Bible Camp is made up of hand selected Christian men and women who have a passion for God and sharing him with younger people.  Each staff person, from our directors to our counselors, Bible teachers, and cooks, serves on a volunteer basis for one or more sessions a summer.  Many of our staff are former campers and most have years and years of camp staff experience.  The staff for a typical MWBC session has hundreds of years of combined camping experience.  So they're very experienced at having an incredible amount of fun.  And we also staff our sessions with an amazing 2:1 camper:staff ratio.  Wow!  Our staff come back year after year because they love working with and sharing God's love with campers.  It takes more than 200 wonderful individuals each summer to staff our various sessions.
